Katie Price is known for her string of cosmetic procedures and ever-changing face, and her latest look has certainly raised some eyebrows.

The former glamour model has recently been snapped flaunting a brand new facelift after going under the knife yet again while in Turkey. She has admitted she still wasn't "content" with her appearance despite numerous surgeries, adding that her mum believes she has body dysmorphia. The 46-year-old heartbreakingly said she doesn't ever think she looks 'done' and said there is an "underlying issue" at play.

Her latest look has sparked conversation, with many noticing how high the star's ears sit following the procedure. The Mirror spoke to Dr. Omar Tillo – Plastic Surgeon and Senior Medical Director at CREO about her new look, and what can happen to your ears when you have a facelift.

In regards to the work she's had done, Dr Tillo thinks the star has likely undergone "multiple facelifts, rhinoplasty, lip lift, along with treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, and jawline contouring." He also said it's possible she may have had cheek implants to "restore facial volume" and these procedures have likely contributed to her dramatically altered appearance over time.

As this isn't her first procedure, the expert said it carries several risks and explained: "Repeated surgeries can lead to scar tissue buildup, nerve damage, and skin thinning, which may complicate future procedures. There's also the possibility of infection, asymmetry, or complications like poor wound healing."

This can also alter the positioning of the ears as incisions are often made around the ears, and if not done carefully, this can change the appearance of the earlobes. Dr Tillo said the ears may look "pulled" as the earlobes are fully attached rather than hanging, which can be a giveaway that a facelift has been performed.

"If a facelift isn't carried out with precision, the natural position of the ears can shift, leading to what's known as the 'pixie ear' effect, where the earlobes appear stretched or pulled. It's possible that Katie Price's ears look higher than usual due to repeated facelifts and skin tightening, which can sometimes distort the ear shape and positioning," he explained.

For those who are considering having procedures done to their face, Dr Tillo urged people to have "realistic expectations" and understand that while a facelift can refresh and rejuvenate your face, it won't stop the ageing process. He added: "It's also important to think about long-term maintenance, such as proper skin care and non-surgical treatments, to prolong results. Also, avoid overdoing it with too many surgeries, as this can lead to complications and an unnatural appearance."
