Tech fans can bag hundreds of pounds in discounts on high-spec 4K smart TVs from the likes of Samsung, LG and more as Very's Easter sale enters its final hours

The Very Easter sale is into its final hours, but there’s still time to bag a bargain on a range of top items. Until April 4, shoppers can save hundreds of pounds on everything from toys to tech, including some top-of-the-range TVs.

The online retailer has dropped prices on nearly 150 smart TVs from big name brands including Samsung, LG and Sony, with the biggest discount coming in at a whopping £1,100. But with so many models on the market these days, it can be tricky to find the right TV for us and at the right price.

That’s why we’ve compiled our favourite TV deals in Very’s Easter sale along with their features and customer reviews. It’s also worth noting that there’s discounts to be had on the various sizes of each model, with most of these TVs now available from Very in screen sizes ranging from 43” to 75”.

Samsung 55” QN90C Neo QLED

Shoppers can save more than £1,000 on Samsung's Neo QLED smart TV

The most eye-catching deal – and Very’s best-seller – is the £1,100 price drop on the 55” QN90C, a high-end 4K Neo QLED smart TV from Samsung that’s down to £1,199. The ultra-slim TV runs with Quantum Matrix Technology that delivers great details in both the darkest and brightest images thanks to Quantum Mini LEDs – lights roughly the size of a grain of sand – that are used to create deep blacks, boosted brightness levels and intense detail and contrast.

It also has an anti-reflection screen and Dolby Atmos sound with eight built-in speakers with multi-dimensional sound that follows the action on-screen. On top of all these high-end features, the TV has Alexa, Google Home and Bixby voice assistants and tons of built in apps like Netflix, Amazon’s Prime Video, Apple TV+ Disney+ and more.

Buyers can even claim Disney+ free for six months from Samsung. The QN90C has earned a 4.8 star rating after 137 reviews, with satisfied shoppers praising its “brilliant” picture quality.

LG 55” OLED evo C3

This high-spec LG has earned awards from Which?, TechRader and What Hi-FI

Another huge discount is available on this 55” OLED smart TV from LG. Released just last year, this 4K UHD device is now £900 off at £1,199, making it cheaper than buying from LG.

The C3 has earned several awards from Which?, TechRader and What Hi-FI, with the latter hailing it as the “best TV [they] tested.” It boasts self-lit pixels that ensure perfect contrast with 100 percent colour accuracy and volume, as well as a Brightness Booster, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos surround sound.

Gamers with next-gen consoles can benefit from the C3’s low input lag and accelerated processor speeds as well as features including Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Game Optimiser which are integrated and ready out-of-the-box. Customers have awarded this LG 4.6 stars after 407 reviews, with some saying it is the “best TV”.

Samsung fans can save £250 on this 55” Crystal 4K Ultra HD smart TV, now reduced to £549. As the name suggests, this device boasts crystal clear colour thanks to its dynamic Crystal Colour technology that delivers rich and vibrant images in more than one billion shades – 64 times more than conventional 4K TVs.

The “airslim” TV can even upscale non-4K content with its Samsung Quantum Processor 4K. The picture is complimented by adaptive Object Tracking Sound Lite which chooses which of the front speakers the sound comes through depending on where the action is happening on screen.

This makes it perfect for an immersive experience whether watching the biggest blockbuster or sporting event. The CU8000 has been rated five stars by What Hi-Fi, as well as 202 customers, who have been impressed by its “stunning” picture.

It offers crisp sound thanks to AI Sound Pro, as well as an intuitive ‘AI Concierge’, which can recommend new things to watch based on voice search history. As well as access to top entertainment apps like Netflix and Prime Video, the slim TV is also great for gaming thanks to ALLM and its game optimiser and dashboard, which allows users to adjust the game genre settings with ease.

Ok so our final pick isn’t in the Very sale, but we couldn’t leave out one of our favourite deals on this Samsung Q60C QLED 4K HDR smart TV, currently down £453 over at Amazon for the 50” model. This offer is £96 less than buying directly from Samsung, while there’s also discounts to be had on various sizes, from the 43” model at £397 through to the almost half price 75” at £948.

This 2023 TV boasts crystal clear Ultra HDR 4K QLED visuals with 100 percent colour volume thanks to its Quantum Dot Colour Technology. It also has immersive audio with object tracking sound and adaptive sound that follows the action on-screen.

The slim and sleek TV also has mountains of entertainment available with built-in apps and Alexa, Google Home and Bixby Voice assistants. Customers have been impressed with the Samsung TV, which currently boasts 4.4 stars on Amazon after 177 ratings.
