Big Brother: ITV releases promo for new series
ITV has released a bonkers new Big Brother teaser featuring a whole new "breed" of housemates.
The promo for the series, which launches on ITV2 and ITVX this October, sees an unlikely set of new housemates as they make their way into a miniature reconstruction of last series’ Big Brother house. Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best observe them from above as several guinea pigs run around their new home.
The guinea pigs arrive one by one via the sliding door before they all meet one another. They then explore the Big Brother house replica which features the iconic diary room and hot tub.

The adverts comes to an end with AJ and Will peering over as they observe their new guests. Viewers noticed that there was a big change to the show last year when it returned but true fans can be assumed that it will be going back to normal.
The last revival didn't include any live moments but it has been confirmed that the livestream will be back for the next series. The Sun confirmed that a source said that the live element will be back.
A source told the publication: "Big Brother fans are a discerning bunch and they have certain expectations about what they should get with their favourite reality TV show. The live element is incredibly important to them as it adds a little edge to proceedings. They brought back the live element for the celebrity version last autumn and it didn’t cause too many problems.

"But it did bring back the important sense that anything could happen, and it would all be caught on camera. That’s even more exciting given the fact that this is NOT the celebrity version, so we really have no idea what kind of characters are going to emerge from the limousines and go into the house."
Despite only two series being filmed at it, the house has been demolished and replaced with a new one. It was knocked down straight after the return of Celebrity Big Brother came to an end in March 2024.
In August, it was revealed that ITV has acquired planning permission to rebuild the house which used the exact same floor plans. The house is built inside a studio in Harlesden, North West London.
Plans were approved by Brent Council in August and included the live outdoor set returning. Big Brother is due to return some time in October but an exact date has not yet been revealed.
