Graduated from Northampton (Va.) High School where he lettered in baseball and was rated the No. 6 high school player in Virginia...Pitched for the University of South Carolina compiling a career record of 15-7 in 110 appearances with 20 saves over his four-year career...Played on the 2010 and 2011 National Championship squads which closed out Rosenblatt Stadium and opened the new TD Ameritrade Park....Left South Carolina as the school leader with 110 career appearances. Ranked T-7th in NCAA Division 1 with 17 saves in 2013...Was a teammate of current Cardinals infielder Max Schrock on the 2013 South Carolina team...His father, Kirk, pitched for Old Dominion University...Lists photography as one his hobbies...He and his wife, Lauren, reside in Columbia, South Carolina.

2020

Led the Cardinals with 21 appearances...Held left-handed batters to a .100 opponent BA (3-30), on just three singles; ranked 7th among National League pitchers. 2020 POSTSEASON: Made one postseason appearance during the Wild Card Series at SD in the 8th inning of Game 2. Recorded two outs before surrendering a single to Jurickson Profar, who was knocked in on a Wil Myers home run allowed one batter later, after Webb was removed from the game.

2019

Appeared in a career-high 65 games, giving the Cardinals two left-handed pitchers (Andrew Miller, 73) with 60 or more appearances for the first time since 2015 (Randy Choate 71 & Kevin Siegrist 81) and the 7th time in club history...Allowed one hit in a day game in 2019 (1-for-36, .028 BA, 5 walks, HBP), the lowest opponent BA in day games by a Cardinals pitcher with a minimum of 25 opp. at-bats. Keone Kela of Texas held opponents to 1-for-30 (.033) in day games with the Rangers in 2017 for the previous MLB mark...Earned his first Major League save on 6/22 vs. LAA in his 61st career appearance, recording the final out of a 4-2 win after Jordan Hicks exited with a right elbow injury. Contract was selected by the Yankees on 6/22... Went 0-0 with a 4.50 ERA in 7 relief appearances with the Yankees... Made his MLB debut on 6/24 vs. Texas (1.1ip, 1k).....first career strikeout was Rougned Odor... Was traded to Milwaukee on 7/13 in exchange for 1B Garrett Cooper... Made 2 relief appearances with the Brewers, posting a 9.00 ERA... Was optioned on 7/18 to Triple-A Colorado Springs, where he went 1-2 with a 6.48 ERA in 17 relief appearances.....struck out 17 batters in 16.2 innings but opponents batted .318

2016

Attended spring training as a non-roster invitee with New York (AL)...Spent entire season with Triple-A Scranton-Wilkes Barre, where he led the team in appearances...Went 4-2 with a 2.65 ERA (54.1ip/16er) in 31 relief appearances and 1-2 with a 4.50 ERA (24.0ip/12er) in five starts...Limited left-handed batters to a .215 average (17-for-79)...
