Incomplete credits? (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2) - MobyGames (original) (raw)

Seems that only half of the credits from manual is present here. As I found manual at http://www.replacementdocs.com/download.php?view.2324 - seems there are several names missing (basically the whole page 17).

Then, question: is it better to create new credits submission to make it complete, or edit existing credits (admin) and add missing names from the second page of the credits?
