As part of its Employee Choice Bonus Plan, the county is offering a sign-on bonus worth up to $10,000 over three years or 21 extra days of paid leave time for eligible employees hired full-time on or before June 30, 2025.

Several county departments are looking for individuals to fill the position of accountant.
The accountant performs professional-level work in auditing, general, grant and cost accounting, participating in difficult and complex studies for special districts, funds, trusts, agency accounts and travel as necessary.
The position requires assistance in the preparation of county budgets, annual audits, financial statements and internal controls. Additional responsibilities include working as a financial consultant with administrative and program managers.
