Creamy pastry cream filling on a sloffenbodem with strawberries and whipped cream. Fresh and fruity with a crumbly cookie base.

S loffenbodem with pastry cream, strawberries and whipped cream.

Instructions

  1. P ipe pastry cream onto sloffenbodem.
  2. O ptional: add strawberries into the center and pipe over more pastry cream.
  3. W hip up whipping cream to stiff peaks.
  4. P ipe whipped cream on top of pastry cream, using a star piping tip, in whatever pattern you'd like.
  5. C over sides with strawberries halves.
  6. R efrigerate until further use.
