The road to the National Wrestling Alliance World Tag Team Titles has been a long and winding one for Knox. A true journeyman wrestler, he competed around the globe before landing in the hallowed halls of NWA.

His relationship with tag team partner Trevor Murdoch has been equally complicated. As bitter rivals during Murdoch’s first run as NWA World’s Heavyweight champion, the men gained a mutual respect — and eventual admiration.

Together they accomplished perhaps the two biggest milestones yet in Knox’s storied career. In addition to winning the NWA World Tag Team titles together, the wrecking crew combination cemented their names in history, winning the coveted 2023 NWA Crockett Cup together in Winston-Salem, NC.
