Missing or found dogs
Missing dogs
If your dog is missing, please call us on 020 8586 9739 or complete our online form.
Make sure you tell us your name, address, contact details and full description of your lost dog.
We also suggest that you call the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home’s Lost Dogs and Cats Line on 020 7627 9245 in case your dog has been found by someone else.
Found dogs
When we find a stray dog we will keep it for at least seven days. After this time, if the dog is not collected by its owner, it becomes the property of Newham Council. We will then try to rehome it using rescue organisations and rehoming centres.
