This full day conference for Academic Leaders will center on developing the instructional workforce at your school. With frameworks and guidance regarding observations, giving and receiving feedback, and difficult conversations, participants will explore the importance of transparent leadership in order to inspire - and retain - a positive and purposeful teaching faculty.
Boards of independent schools need up-to-date financial information to make informed decisions, but not every Board member arrives with a deep appreciation for, or even a passing familiarity with, financial concepts and reports. In this module, you will learn how to read financial statements as well as regular finance reports to the Board, and also simple metrics designed to help you understand the health of your school’s finances.
