On the 11th inst. an old man claiming to hail from Pittsburg was committed to an insane asylum in New-York. He gave the name of Charles Bartberger, and labored under the hallucination that two men were pursuing him for the purpose of obtaining possession of a jewelry store he claimed to own in this city.
