Pennsylvania American Water is hosting a Utility Assistance and Resource Fair from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the Canonsburg Senior Center at 30 E. Pike St. in the borough. The event is designed to support local customers by providing a one-stop opportunity to learn about and enroll in programs that can help reduce utility bills. More than 12,000 Pennsylvania American Water customers in Washington County may be eligible for monthly bill discounts, annual grants and assistance with past-due balances.
