Since 1999, OurSports Central has been dedicated to providing coverage of alternative and minor league sports. Minor league sports are so widespread, with teams appearing in nearly every state and province in the US and Canada, but even simple information such as scores and transactions can be difficult to find. When available, news from minor and alternative leagues is often buried far below that of the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB.

That's where OurSports Central steps in to provide a home for scores, schedules, news and details on hundreds of teams in North America. OurSports Central's mission is to provide major league coverage of the teams and leagues that don't receive such attention elsewhere.

OSC also provides coverage of the highest levels of amateur competition, such as junior hockey's Canadian Hockey League and college wood bat baseball's popular Northwoods League, all the way up to major leagues such as the Women's National Basketball Association and Major League Soccer. OurSports Central's bread and butter includes highly organized minor leagues such as Minor League Baseball and hockey's minors, the NBA's G League, Division II and III soccer, indoor football, independent baseball, indoor and outdoor lacrosse and a host of other professional sports.
