P&J Live’s multipurpose meeting rooms make your business easy. From one-to-one interviewing and breakout room space to board meeting layout or presentations for up to 94 delegates, the 11 flexible spaces feature the latest smart room control systems, putting the very latest technology at your fingertips. With each room featuring floor to ceiling windows boasting expansive views over the main piazza and direct corridor access to the adjoining Hilton hotel, P&J Live has all your business needs covered.

We have recently introduced hybrid conferencing as an offering to clients. This means delegates can tune in virtually and watch conference speakers in real time from the comfort of their own surroundings, anywhere in the world.

Commitment To Sustainability

In a changing world where CSR and Environmental issues become increasingly more prominent, we knew that green our conference organisers are also environmentally aware. That’s why we built P&J Live with sustainability in mind, building our very own energy centre on site to process local food and garden waste, harvest hydrogen gas, and in turn, heat, cool and power not only our own venue, but also the two hotels within the same complex.

From refined luxury to the boutique affordable room, delegates can choose to relax and unwind at either of our two on-site hotels. The 200 bed, four star Hilton provides direct adjoining access, a luxurious spa and executive lounge facilities, while the 150 bed, three star Aloft hotel offers modern loft-inspired rooms with signature plush beds and rainfall showers.
