Google Shopping CSV or similar structured formats work well. PayPal also accepts catalog feeds via API or SFTP. Richer product metadata (size, color, material, texture) improves how your products surface in AI recommendations.
No. You can start with a curated subset (such as top sellers or a specific category) and expand as you grow comfortable with the platform. This reduces risk and speeds up time-to-market.
Discovery is determined by each platform's LLM algorithms, which match products to user intent. This is not paid search. Rich product metadata and instant-buy capability can improve discoverability. We’re also gathering prompt data insights to help merchants optimize their listings.
Your existing PayPal transaction fees apply. There are no additional Store Sync fees, but we reserve the right to introduce fees with advance notice, and may pass through fees charged by AI platforms.
You control which products appear in your catalog feed, including by geography and category. You can start with a curated subset and expand over time. A dashboard will let you select which participating AI platforms can display your products. We are actively building additional tools to manage, curate, and preview feed changes.
Your existing PayPal protections apply to Store Sync transactions. Merchants receive Seller Protection benefits on eligible transactions,1 and both Seller Protection and Purchase Protection2 are available for PayPal Payments. Disputes are handled per your existing agreements.
Promotional pricing and discounts can be reflected in your product feed today. Full loyalty integration in agentic commerce environments (including points redemption and membership tier recognition) is in active development.
