i'm using/running several pmwikis

Some of issues i had to address while using PmWiki (i will add code as soon as i have some time):
- cached number of articles - NumberOfArticles sucks
- encoding of non-ascii characters in filenames
- XMLPageStore - PageStore which saves pages in XML files
- Geobox - converts gps coordinates and displays links to geocaching and map sites
- SortPageLines - adds JavaScript button to sort lines in edited page
- AesCrypt - fixed various issues
- RssFeedDisplay - various improvements
- QRCode - generate image with QR code
- FlagTooltips - add tooltips to country flags
