GeneMark-ES is part of a family of gene prediction programs developed at Georgia Institute of Technology. GeneMark-ES is used to predict genes in eukaryotes.

To use GeneMark-ES, include a command like this in your batch script or interactive session to load the GeneMark-ES module: (note ‘module load’ is case-sensitive):
