Hidetaka Miyazaki has admitted that a number of staff at FromSoftware would love nothing more than to see a PC version of Bloodborne.
Speaking with PCGamer, Miyazaki-san was asked if he would personally like to see a Bloodborne PC port, after having previously told the outlet that “it’s not my place to talk about Bloodborne specifically.” Surprisingly, he was quite forthcoming about the game, stating, “I know for a fact these guys want a Bloodborne PC port,” pointing to producer Yasuhiro Kitao.
Obviously, as one of the creators of Bloodborne, my personal, pure, honest opinion is I’d love more players to be able to enjoy it. Especially as a game that is now coming of age, one of those games of the past that gets lost on older hardware — I think any game like that, it’d be nice to have an opportunity for more players to be able to experience that and relive this relic of the past. So, as far as I’m concerned, that’s definitely not something I’d be opposed to.

The topic of a Bloodborne PC port and a full-blown remaster have been doing the rounds for for years now, although sadly nothing has ever come to fruition. However, Lance McDonald revealed a mod back in June last year that reveals how Bloodborne would run on PS5 at 60 FPS.
As for a Bloodborne remake, Miyazak said earlier this year that the much-loved PS4 classic is “a title we hold very dear,” but wasn’t able to comment on whether or not the game would receive a full overhaul.
Bloodborne was originally released for the PS4 in March 2015, and you can read our full review here.
