Pedro Pascal Has Reportedly Completed Filming For The Last Of Us Season 2 - PlayStation Universe (original) (raw)

According to reporter Daniel Richtman, Pedro Pascal has already wrapped filming for The Last of Us Season 2 on HBO, which heavily indicates that his role in the series will mirror that of his video game counterpart in The Last of Us: Part II.

Filming for The Last of Us Season 2 only kicked off last month and it was recently reported that filming had wrapped for the first episode. Fans of the series are probably not going to be surprised by Pascal’s seemingly reduced role as Joel, which is crucial to the narrative of The Last of Us Part 2, assuming the show doesn’t deviate from the source material.

Pascal himself had said recently that filming for The Last of Us Season 2 was ‘going amazing,’ although he didn’t go into any further details regarding his role.

The Last of Us Season 2 is set to air at some point in 2025, two years after the original season debuted on HBO. Speaking of which, The Last of Us Season 1 is available to buy on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K now.
