Bandai Namco Games has lifted the wraps off the official opening movie for Scarlet Nexus in all its Brain Punk glory.

Scarlet Nexus is pencilled in for a June 25, 2021 release on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Like many cross-generation titles, the PS5 version of Scarlet Nexus will take advantage of the DualSense controller, specifically its haptic feedback capabilities.

In terms of performance on Sony and Microsoft’s new home consoles, the game’s developer has said that it is targeting 4K/60 FPS for Scarlet Nexus on those platforms.

Scarlet Nexus will be available in Standard, Deluxe and Guardian Editions when it launches this summer, while the Scarlet Nexus anime series, which is being produced by Sunsrise, will launch around the same time.
