Do you feel constantly overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking and self-criticism? Many neurodivergent adults with ADHD experience chronic anxiety—not because they’re doing something wrong, but because they’ve spent years trying to function in systems that don’t work. This is a structured, time-limited therapy group grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and ADHD-informed care. The goal is not to fix ADHD, but to help you relate differently to your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system—so anxiety no longer runs your life.
