I am a bilingual (Spanish) clinician who is focused on helping young adults (18+) find their path to mental health recovery. Life is filled with challenges, past and present, that at times can leave us feeling, drained, overwhelmed and hopeless. The good news is, you already have all the tools you need to pull through to the other side. My goal is to guide you in that journey of self-discovery and healing so that you can feel empowered and ready to face whatever comes your way.

We make it easy to find the right counselor. I started our group because as a client, I was annoyed that I had to go through so many counselors to find the right one. Couldn’t someone just match me with a therapist? Over the phone? Or email? Or by text? We do that - easy! We even offer free consultations to ensure a good fit. The most important thing is feeling a connection with your counselor.

Together, we build practical tools to manage emotions, improve daily functioning, and help you function at your best.

Life has a rhythm. There are times when things seem to come together, where life seems smooth and the future seems certain and predictable. There are also times when nothing seems easy, when we feel stuck and the future seems uncertain or unpredictable. Regardless of where you are in the rhythm of your life, you may feel like you need a change. At those times it helps to think about movement-because movement is power. And therapy can help.
