As a parent and education advocate, I am passionate about working with children and adolescents and can help your child identify more effective responses to stressors. I also enjoy working with adults who are experiencing life transitions (marriage, divorce, parenting, career, etc...) by integrating cognitive behavior and person centered approaches that fit each client's needs to achieve greater fulfillment in life.

Everyone's journey is unique and filled with happiness and triumphs alongside sadness and challenges. While life's experiences can be roadblocks, I believe everyone has the capacity for growth. By establishing a trusting relationship, I am here to help you or your loved one explore paths to insight and change.

I have over 20 years of diverse experience working with inpatient and outpatient programs, private practice, EAP's, forensic and academic settings. Moreover, I am a certified school counselor and proud mother of an active 16 year old son. As a busy mom, I understand the demands of hectic schedules and offer evening and weekend appointments.
