Are you feeling stuck in your own head, exhausted from pretending everything is fine, or unsatisfied in your relationships? As a parent, are you concerned about your teen’s well-being or identity? I’m Jaime (she/her), and I work with adolescents and adults. In therapy with me, we’ll use our relationship as a “practice space” to explore patterns that keep you stuck, challenge old narratives—like “I’m too much” or “I’m not enough”—and build skills for greater balance, connection, and joy. “We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship. – Dr. Harville Hendrix”
My style is both practical and playful. As a relational therapist, we’ll collaborate to meet your unique needs. Drawing from play therapy, IFS, DBT, and CBT techniques, I help clients work through the things that keep them feeling stuck—like identity challenges, relationship patterns, life transitions, anxiety, and other emotional stressors.
