Not accepting new clients

Hi. I am NOT accepting new clients at this time. As an EMDR Certified Therapist I am passionate about helping women with vaginismus break free from the shame, loneliness, and deep suffering that this condition causes. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I help my clients reclaim their bodies. I understand personally how guilt, fear and past experiences can contribute to pelvic floor tension, making intimacy and medical care feel not just overwhelming, but straight up impossible to achieve. If this sounds like you, please know that there is a way out and you don't have to suffer with this any longer.

When people first start therapy, there are so many questions they ask themselves. It is perfectly normal to feel nervous and not know what to expect. It is terrifying to notice when you are struggling and challenging to reach out for help. Deciding to call or email asking for help is incredibly brave. It is taking a step toward the possibilities for a better life and understanding yourself better. And that takes courage. I am so glad you took the first step toward achieving your goal of living your best life. And I can do that by listening to your story.

Since I was a child, I always knew that I was called to be in the helping field. I followed my passion and began teaching 10 years ago after graduating from Hampton University. While teaching, I earned my master's degree from Johns Hopkins University in Counseling. After years of teaching, leading an education department, and School Counseling, I transitioned into my role as a Mental Health Therapist.

My ideal clients are neurodivergent adolescents and adults seeking clarity after feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked. Many are high-masking or late-identified and have spent years compensating for ADHD, autism, or trauma, often leading to burnout. I specialize in structured, evidence-based diagnostic clarification to differentiate overlapping conditions and provide clear, affirming answers. From there, we develop individualized, practical treatment plans that support sustainable functioning and meaningful change.
