The particularity of our stories matter. Even stories of harm and shame are evident of our desperate and deepest attempts to be seen in our aliveness together. Despite the sufferings and stressors that may plague our lives, I believe your inner world holds a beautiful hearth that longs to center you and call you home. By working together from a place of safety and empowerment, I am interested in exploring together what it means to heal and live a life that you find meaningful.

You're smart and capable, showing up for everyone else, but inside you often feel alone, anxious, or lost. You’ve gotten used to holding it all together, and pushing your own needs aside. You're your own worst critic, and it’s exhausting. Maybe the strategies that once helped you cope aren't working anymore, but you don't know what else to do. You’re starting to question who you are, what you really want, or how to live in a way that feels more aligned with your values. Therapy can be a space where your needs matter, your emotions make sense, and your inner world is treated with care and respect.

Do you feel like you're doing "everything right" yet you still feel like something is "off"? You are high functioning but feel anxious or on edge more than you'd like but don't know why. Are you hyperaware of how you navigate life and intellectualize your experiences yet you struggle to actually experience your feelings? Maybe you even scoff at the idea of attuning to your feelings and body. But maybe you're also exhausted from the endless internal strife and ready for change. Are you motivated and willing to look inward, dig deep, be curious, reflective, and open to learn?
