****Mr Gatti said the property was on the best properties on the street.

“It is a real standout, there isn’t really anything like it on the street,” he said.

Mrs Noble has had a long association with McDonald’s including four years as the CEO and managing director of its Australian operations.

The role made her the first woman to head a national McDonald’s business in any major market around the world.

Her and husband Simon, even met while they flipped burgers together at the fast food franchise as teenagers.

Currently she is ANZ’s managing director for retail distribution — a role she has held for three and a half years.

The designer kitchen has plenty of storage.

The living rooms is surrounded by the pool and flows out to a large entertainment area.

Sitting on a 524sqm block, their property has views across North Head and is easy access to nearby Balmoral.

The home’s features include a C-BUS system programmed to control a sound system, heated flooring and the pool and spa.

The designer kitchen has chef’s grade European appliances and an espresso machine.

At the rear of the property is a self-contained studio and outdoor entertainment area, including a stunning pool and water feature.

After purchasing this property in 2017, Mr and Mrs Noble then built an Alex Popov home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garage for four cars six years ago.

Since the property launched, Mr Gatti has been inundated with interest from a mix bag of local buyers including downsizers, upsizers, families and executive couples.

“It is not an overly big home, but it feels a lot bigger than it does, which is what a lot of people are looking for, especially something low maintenance,” he said.
