Proma Khosla Mashable The movie packs a helluva lot of plot into a tight 77-minute run time (current Disney execs, take note). Dec 19, 2019 Full Review Tim Brayton Antagony & Ecstasy As the capstone to a franchise that never actually needed to be a franchise in the first place, it acquits itself tolerably well. Dale R The threequel to Aladdin and The Return of Jafar is created by Disneytoon Studios, which is their television animation division and serves as the series finale to the cartoon series. This was a straight to DVD release. Overall this is a superior film to The Return of Jafar as the animation is better, the story is better (and based on another story from One Thousand and One Nights) and you can tell there was some money, effort and love put into this film. Robin Williams returns as the Genie and does his usual improvisational style. Jerry Orbach plays the King of Thieves and does just as amazing a job as he did voicing Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast. The rest of the voice actors return and do a great job with their characters as usual. The songs are good, but none really stood out to me as memorable or great. Some of the character animation, especially Jasmine, was a little off to me. The ending was satisfying for all the characters and the movie trilogy. I would recommend giving this film a watch, even if you haven’t seen the sequel. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/07/24 Full Review Luna W This is a direct to video sequel to Aladdin: The Return of Jafar, which was the sequel to Aladdin. In my opinion this is the better of the sequels made for Aladdin. We finally get to see and adventure with Aladdin's father. The songs are not as good as the original but this film brings out the original Robin Williams as genie and it has lots of fun laughs that may go over a child's head but is a happy treat for parents. A must see for Aladdin fans. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/20/24 Full Review Nathan B Adopt me Daddio!!!!!!!! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/06/24 Full Review Michael V I love this movie. It's not as good as Aladdin but it's better than Return of Jafar. I wish the animation was better but the story is pretty good and has good pacing. This was a good way to cap off the trilogy but also end the series. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/01/23 Full Review Jeffrey M Aladdin and the King of Thieves was an amazing movie. I watched it kind of a long time ago, so I slightly forget it. Aladdin and the King of Thieves was a very interesting movie. What a good movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/16/23 Full Review Jeremiah N Another Robin Williams as the Genie masterpiece! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews

Synopsis In this animated sequel, after months of preparation for their wedding, former street thief Aladdin (Scott Weinger) and his beloved Princess Jasmine (Linda Larkin) are close to the big day. When Aladdin learns his father, Cassim (John Rhys-Davies), is still alive, he tracks him down. Cassim says he's been hunting the Hand of Midas, which turns everything it touches into gold. Aladdin invites him to stay at the palace, but Cassim's obsession with the Hand soon grows too strong for his new life.
