Adam Graham Detroit News Gore hounds won't be disappointed, and romance fans have plenty to gaze at in Holt and Gooding. Everyone goes home happy. Rated: B- Feb 7, 2025 Full Review Alison Willmore New York Magazine/Vulture The Heart Eyes Killer’s shtick isn’t always clear, but the inventiveness of its slaughter streak is. Feb 7, 2025 Full Review Alison Foreman indieWire The perfect length for a first date, Heart Eyes boasts a dazzling plot that goes places quickly. Rated: 3.5/5 Feb 12, 2025 Full Review Nadine Whitney AWFJ.org Satirical, metatextual, and a loving throwback to the movies people grew up with, Heart Eyes isn’t deep or difficult. It’s good, clean, nasty and viscerally violent, fun. Feb 11, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/25 Full Review Daniella Heart Eyes is an absolute blast! It gave me major Scream 4 vibes in the best way possible—sharp, self-aware, and packed with tension. The acting was fantastic, and even when things got a little cheesy or over-the-top, it was clearly intentional, adding to the movie’s charm. It has everything—gore, comedy, romance—and somehow balances them all perfectly, making it such an easy, fun watch. I even caught a few possible Easter eggs that make me excited for a rewatch. If you love clever horror with a playful edge, Heart Eyes is a must-see! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/25 Full Review ray b Loved it for what it was.
