The horror elements are very low key - it's more like the woman is having paranoid delusions. The movie does ramp up the horror aspects near the end though. I suspect this has gotten such a hihg rating because it's mostly not a horror film. If you are after a movie about a pregnant woman and later mother of newborn who's having paranoid delusions and goes to a spiritualist to solve it, it's probably up your alley. If you are a regular horror fan I would give this a miss.
