Leslie Felperin Guardian Cluttered as it is with magical, mystical MacGuffins, ghosts, curses and ominous knick-knacks, this cheap but seldom cheerful horror feature is the cinematic equivalent of a thrift store of evil. Rated: 2/5 Mar 7, 2023 Full Review Dave Golder Radio Times The Harbinger boasts excellent performances from its two leads, edgy direction and unsettling, expressionistic dream sequences with stark contrasts of shadow and light. Rated: 4/5 Aug 15, 2023 Full Review Martin Unsworth Starburst Klipstine’s film is a mess of ideas, going from possession tale to demon without breaking a sweat. Despite that, it’s a fun ride. Rated: 3/5 Apr 25, 2023 Full Review Edward Porter Sunday Times (UK) It’s as if Will Klipstine, the movie’s director, co-writer and leading man, can’t be sure when he’ll next have a chance to make a film and so has chosen to cram as much as possible into this one. Rated: 2/5 Apr 16, 2023 Full Review Dennis Harvey 48 Hills The director’s screenplay is a little more cagey than necessary, particularly in doling out any specifics of the characters’ backstories. But he drums up a powerfully ominous atmosphere... Dec 2, 2022 Full Review Abbie Bernstein Assignment X The Harbinger has a lot of concepts – so many, in fact, that well before the conclusion, most viewers will have lost the desire and/or ability to follow them. Emilliano Jr S Confusing story plot, ending turns into a musical. I didn't understand everything about this laughable movie. The devil looks like the one in Tenacious D music videos. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/14/24 Full Review Adam B An extremely cheesy movie Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/07/24 Full Review Ricardo d Muito, muito, muito ruim. Para chegar ao fim desse filme, demorei 1 semana, assistindo em doses homeopaticas. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/06/24 Full Review Jeffrey P A decent piece of angels and demons horror.
