Aaron Rodgers F The writing on this show (season 3) leaves a lot to be desired. The season begins with Invincible “bench pressing the moon”. Then over the course of the next several episodes is continually beaten with the greatest of ease needed help from what must be less powerful characters. In some cases much less powerful… I think?… what’s the power of this character? He is strong when the story wants to tell you he is and is weak when there needs to be conflict. The child (what’s his name) is insufferable. I see that the point is to make him a bit irritating but how often do I need to hear he was supposed to stay home to his response if a mopey “I’m sorry”. Marc begs Eve to be his girlfriend and then immediately tells her how he can’t do all this. Eves character being interested in this person makes little sense and she seems only to serve as his psychologist and or cheering squad for his pitty party. That has very rarely worked for me in real life but I’m uniformly weak… right across the board and not just when I need drama in my life. So much more that makes this show full of potential fall flat. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/25 Full Review Asz B Good plot line for the most part with great pacing and character development, except when it comes to the contradiction of Invincible who is stronger than ever, but struggles just the same. This is probably because of conscious plaugws him and as a result he is unfocused emotionally, which distracts him. I don't feel it was broadcast loud enough that he is having this dilemma internally. I feel the plot line with Cecil is forced, it's was under developed, the confrontation seemed unecessarily forced and thoughtless from both parties, considering Cecil flashbacks show he can relate. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/14/25 Full Review Chap H Continues to be one of the best animated shows on streaming services. Absolutely love the direction the season is heading and cannot wait for the payoff in the finale. People who have no knowledge of the comics are in for an absolute treat. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/14/25 Full Review Naum J Absolutely incredible. This show continues to outdo itself Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/25 Full Review Charles M The season before this were very good and this one has started probably stronger than all the rest. Very good show Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/25 Full Review Dan B Still the best show on TV! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/25 Full Review Read all reviews
