Audience Says

Sometimes falling short of its high-concept promise, Pluribus is a supremely original entry from Vince Gilligan whose trademark cinematography remains employed as part of the ensemble.

Go to Full Review Bethan Ackerley New Scientist Feb 8 The most promising thing, beyond Seehorn’s powerhouse performance, is that Pluribus is unapologetically character-driven, the kind of show that devotes half an episode to someone trying to bury a body. Althea C @Alttyu 4d This show had me hooked from episode one. I found it creepy/weird just as how the main character carol found it at the beginning. See more Gail TheWriterStuff J @Thewriterstuff Jul 2 I didn't expect to like this show and I didn't...I loved it. So original and imaginative. Hopefully, we won't have to wait too long for season 2. See more Scott M @RT50579171 Jul 2 I had high hopes for this series, being a fan of Vince Gilligan and Rhea Seehorn, and I was mainly satisfied. The cinematography is excellent and reminiscent of Better Call Saul, but overall the storytelling felt a bit slow. The concept is great. What would 12 survivors of a global takeover do next? Would you give in to the takeover, or would you fight back? For 9 episodes though we never really learn much. It all felt like a slow set up for series 2. I did enjoy it, but I would have liked a couple of extra revelations or cliff hangers. I'll definitely watch series 2, if only to find out what happens with the box on Carols driveway... See more Nitsan F @RT29440553 Jun 29 It's like Breaking Bad but with vegan alien "Borg" (or Unity from Rick and Morty) zombies. A little slow at times and the first episode had some questionable acting but mostly good. Mostly story rather than special effects which is fine. See more Jaxon G @RT53205134 Jun 28 There is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this series at all. It is just an amazing watch and the sci-fi part of the whole show is really cool. See more Fox M @FoxMcCloud Jun 27 Genuinely one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. I know there are complaints about Carol being unlikable but that's kind of the point. Walter White didn't have a lot of redeeming qualities either. It's a brilliant character story in a strange and sad universe. See more Read all reviews
