Still, even with the ending, I feel it could have been saved if the happy-family ending wasn't tacked on. Here's how to set up season two: 1. The wife grows a pair and has torrid sex with the bartender art major 2. Tommy Molto receives a video of Rusty's car when the fireplace poker was planted. 3. The daughter flips out and leaves home. 4. Rusty is seen alone in his dark den, sobbing over a picture of Carolyn. 5. We see Caroline's identical twin sister getting off a train in Chicago; in her hotel room, we see that she has packed a gun.
