Located just off Jip De Jager Drive, to the North East of the centre of Cape Town you will find the appropriately dubbed "Jewel of the North", the Durbanville Golf Course. Situated in the valley and immaculately strewn across the rolling hills; Durbanville Golf Club�s fairways and green are some of the finest you will find in the Western Cape.
The course caters to all abilities of golfers and the reward for accepting the challenge and ascending the slopes is spoken about far and wide. Signature holes; Fire Agate; Maw Sit Sit and Snowflake Obsidian are just a few that have provided unparalleled experiences for many players.
The Club prides itself on, not just their first rate facilities offered, but on golf being more than a day trip � it is a place that encourages community, interaction, opens itself up to the whole family and a result has gained a reputation for having one of the most relaxing and welcoming atmospheres.
Historically a wet course, the course has been upgraded to include storm drains which has helped tremendously the winter drainage requirements and resulted in a heightened level of playability year round.
