African Aquila Lodge is a highly recommended property for self catering in Walmer for anyone visiting the Port Elizabeth region.

African Aquila Lodge, takes its name from the majestic African Eagle and is a 5 unit self catering establishment - an ideal getaway for families and long term corporate clients.

African Aquila is ideally located in the beautiful garden suburb of Walmer, which is centrally situated close to the airport (but not in the flight path), less than five minutes to our popular beaches and within walking distance of a myriad of excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

The famous Walmer Park Shopping Centre, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cinemas and other entertainment, is only six minutes drive away.

Accommodation

Comfortable units have been created on a 2000 square meter property where guests can relax in understated luxury, amidst quiet surrounds and yet still be close to entertainment and beaches.

There are five units which are fully equipped and beautifully appointed, guests can relax on their own private patio and have a lazy afternoon barbecue over looking the pool and lush garden.

Unit 1:
Family unit which is a two-bedroom four sleeper with King bed (Twin available) and two Single beds, in an adjacent room. Kitchenette and bathroom with a shower over the bath, private patio with own BBQ Facilities DStv (Hotel Bouquet).

Unit 2:
One bedroom unit, ideal for a couple or two collegues with en-suite bathroom, functional kitchenette and private patio with own BBQ facility TV with DSTV (Hotel Bouquet).

Unit 3:
One-bedroom open-plan four sleeper unit with a King size bed (can be Twin) as well as a bunk bed. Functional kitchenette, bathroom with separate bath and shower, private patio with own BBQ facilities DStv (Hotel Bouquet).

Unit 4:
One-bedroom open-plan four sleeper unit with King size bed (can be Twin) as well as a bunk bed, Functional kitchenette, bathroom with shower over the bath, private patio with own BBQ facilities DStv (Hotel Bouquet).

Unit 5:
One-bedroom open-plan four sleeper unit King size bed (can be Twin) with a bunk bed sets well as a bunk bed, Functional kitchenette, bathroom with a separate shower and bath and two toilets, private patio with own BBQ facilities DStv (Hotel Bouquet).

Towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels.
