We have a dog on the property who is not friendly with other animals so will be closed off in another section of yard so they are not in contact with your pet. Cats are only welcome if you can ensure that it does not venture near our dog. We cannot take any responsibility for any incidents or injuries, so please ensure you communicate with us regarding pets at the time of booking.

ATTRACTIONS

The main attractions in the area are the unspoilt beaches, the numerous game reserves, the many heritage sites, (the early missionary history, frontier war history, liberation struggle, etc all of which helped shape the South Africa of today). Then there is the Xhosa culture, the rock art sites, the once famous institutions of learning like Healdtown, Lovedale and Fort Hare etc all with missionary backgrounds and places where people like Nelson Mandela, Thabo Mbeki and Sir Seretse Khama were educated.
