Gulmarn 006 is a one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina waterways at the V&A Waterfront. There is so much to explore in Cape Town, and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront offers the perfect base from which to do this.

Self Catering Accommodation

Sleeping two guests this lovely apartment has a stunning bedroom with a king size bed and sliding doors leading outside. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

The entertainment and living area is super stylish with incredible features, d�cor, furniture and artwork. The lounge area has a corner couch, additional chairs and a TV with DStv and a DVD player. The dining area is positioned behind the lounge and is a lovely place to enjoy a romantic dinner. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self catering stay.

Outside on the terrace you can enjoy gorgeous views of the One & Only island and the waterways whilst making use of the patio furniture and sipping on a glass of wine or having your morning coffee.

The building has many other features available for you use including four swimming pools (please bring your own swimming towels), a gym, secure parking and pre-paid wireless internet.

The Area

This is a shopping mall and entertainment complex in the heart of Cape Town's working harbour, and offers enormous variety in the shops (including major international brands), restaurants (ranging from take-aways to luxurious cuisine that is fit for royalty) and craft stalls.

The V&A also has outdoor performance theatres and indoor cinemas, as well as the Two Oceans Aquarium, the Cape Wheel, and the Red Shed Craft Warehouse; insuring that visitors are at no loss for things to do and see.

Many of the live performances are outdoors for the public to watch free of charge. In addition, it is a short drive from the city centre, Table Mountain, District Six and the Bo-Kaap. The Cape Town International Airport is less than 30 minutes away too.
