The outdoor area is a perfect entertaining spot with a BBQ, level lawns, children's jungle gym and a sizeable infinity swimming heated pool. Ideal for sun downers with a bar, wine cellar and pool table adjacent to a natural river.

There are nine balconies, three studies, four lock up garages, a gym, library with over 500 books, a home cinema and emphasis on security with 360 degree CCTV, alarms plus more. The Villa sleeps a maximum of ten guests. There is parking for 12 cars.

Truly the ultimate in luxury, featured in various home interior magazines. Two fireplaces, under floor heating, walk-in cold room, all bedrooms are carpeted and top of range bathroom fittings, eg Phillipe Stark (Hans Grohe) taps, as well as Italian light fittings. Four of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
