The Hornbills Nest 419 is a property for self catering in Mabalingwe for up to 12 guests visiting the Waterberg region.

The Hornbills Nest 419 is a self-catering holiday home in Bela-Bela located within the private Mabalingwe Nature Reserve. Guests have access to the estate's free and paid facilities and activities, which include a restaurant, game drives and game viewing, a day spa that offers various treatments, swimming pools, as well as adventure activities for the whole family to book.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Hornbills Nest 419 is a double-storey holiday home that can accommodate up to 12 guests in five bedrooms with three bathrooms.

Three of the rooms are furnished with two single beds each and two of the rooms are furnished with a double bed each. One of the double rooms also has two single beds. Rooms are fitted with either ceiling or standing fans. One of the bathrooms is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, the other two bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bed linen, bathrobes and towels are provided.

The open plan living area, which is comfortably furnished and elegantly decorated, boasts a fireplace to keep the home cosy during the chillier winter months. The lounge is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV with DStv. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table inside or eaten al fresco at the outdoor table.

The living area opens to a patio and beyond that onto the garden with plunge pool. Braai facilities are provided.

Activities such as bird-watching, game viewing, hiking or cycling abound while attractions nearby include getting up close to an elephant with Adventure with Elephants, having tea at L'Abri Farm Shop and Tea Garden, having a beer at L'Abri Fountain Brewery or walking the Diepdrift Sable Hiking Trail.
