Kruger Maroela Lodge is a property for self catering in Marloth Park for anyone visiting the Wild Frontier region.

Kruger Maroela Lodge offers delightful self-catering accommodation in Marloth Park which is privately positioned within the pristine African bush. Guests can enjoy a good rest in lovely chalets and experience the calls of the wild as wildlife roams around.

Accommodation

Kruger Maroela Lodge air-conditioned chalets can accommodate between 4 to 6 people and they are furnished with double, single and bunk beds and private bathrooms with showers. For convenience, linen bath towels are provided and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, induction stove, fridge-freezer and tea and coffee facilities. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. Sections of some of the chalets are accessed by stairs. The chalets open onto an outdoor entertainment area, and guests can cool down in their private splash pool or enjoy a braai on the sun deck.

On Site Facilities

A children's playground is also available at the lodge, while guests can also relax in the tranquil garden or lounge next to the communal pool overlooking the reserve. There is a 24-hour front desk and secure parking is available on site.

A laundry service is available on request at an additional cost. Guests are asked to please conserve water and please note, the chalets run on a septic tank system.

Attractions

Situated in the 3 000-hectare Marloth Park guests can ride a bicycle or go for a walk on their own through the African bush. While walking along the Crocodile River, visitors can watch spectacular wildlife scenes in the adjacent Kruger National Park. Local restaurants, shops and a filling station are easily accessible. The famous 1 500-hectare Lionspruit Game Reserve is 2.5km from Kruger Maroela Lodge and guests will see giraffes, buffalo, kudu, rhinos, impala, wildebeest, zebra, small antelope and even lions.
