Guests staying overnight can enjoy a comprehensive guided tour every day, as well as all-inclusive accommodation with exquisite dining options available at our on-site restaurant. There is no entry fee for day visitors, and are always welcome. Booking for guided tours is essential.

Located 20 km from Bethlehem, of which 13 km is a drivable gravel road, The covered parking doubles up as the solar farm allowing for LIONSROCK to be unaffected by power outages. Enjoy your included guided tour in the electric game viewer, a quiet and unique experience.
An airport shuttle can be arranged from OR Tambo International. During your stay you can enjoy a number of guided game drives and guided walks. The restaurant and bar area at the visitors service area overlook the free roaming animals in the sanctuary and is a great place to enjoy sundowners after a adventure filled day.

Accommodation

Choose from our Standard Rooms - unique classic double rooms, or family oriented spacious Cabins, all offered on a full board basis. The visitors service area has a guest lounge, swimming pool and a firepit - boma area. All the rooms are on one level, making access a pleasure and no doubt, accompanied by the big cats roar.

Experience

After your check-in at reception and pre-tour video, your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Sanctuary and will be followed by a dining experience like no other! Join our care takers on a Tuesday or Friday as they feed our Big Cats, and walk above their feeding area for a perfect bird�s eye view. Your tour continues with a visit to the Leopard and Tiger enclosures where you will learn so much more about our Big Cats, their general behaviour, diets, nutritional facts, their unbelievable stories before reaching their forever home, and more about our work here at the Sanctuary.
