About Maninghi Lodge

Maninghi Lodge is situated in the Parsons Section (Northern) of Balule Game Reserve, which is open to the Kruger National Park (Greater Kruger Region).

The Lodge, being on the banks, boast extraordinary views of the Olifants River and on a clear day - the Blyde River Canyon as well. Being open to the Kruger National Park allows for all sorts of wildlife to roam freely between the Reserves, including the 'Big5', cheetah and wilddog. It is possible to 'game view' right from the comfort of the lodge grounds. Bird life is also fantastic, and makes for a great opportunity to tick off a few new species which my be seen.

Accommodation

At the main area, we offer 2 en-suite River View rooms and 1 en-suite Garden View room, which are tastefully decorated to suit the surroundings. Each offer a mini-bar, air-conditioning and a tea/coffee station. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property - FREE of charge, and can be accessed in the rooms.

When booking at Maninghi Lodge you will be self-catering within a communal kitchen.

We offer Morning and Late Afternoon Game Drives and Guided Game Walks within our 'Big5' Reserve - please note that there is no self-driving or night driving allowed within Parsons. There are also plenty of local attractions in the area, which you may self-drive to.
