Self Catering Accommodation

Mohlabetsi Self Catering Bush Lodge is a holiday home in Hoedspruit that has five en-suite bedrooms. One of the rooms is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the others are each furnished with two single beds.

The main en-suite has an inside and outside shower, bedroom two has an outside shower, bedroom three has an inside shower and outside bath, and bedrooms 4 and 5 have outside showers. There is an additional guest bathroom with a toilet and wash basin.

Additionally, guests have the use of a fully equipped kitchen to cook their own meals and enjoy them either in the well-appointed indoor dining room or have a traditional campfire dinner using the braai.

The Lodge also boasts a sparkling swimming pool for guests to unwind and refresh in.

Please note that there is backup power available at the lodge, the backup system covers main lights and fridges. Also, guests will need a high-clearance vehicle to access the property. Laundry service is at an extra cost.

Activities

The game is seen in completely natural surroundings, in a pristine ecosystem. The game drives are included and conducted by an experienced & enthusiastic guide.

Type of game: All large game species are present, including the Big 5.

Game Activities: In the late afternoon, guests embark on a thrilling game drive that extends into the evening aboard an open Land Rover. Along the way, there is a stop for sundowners before the flashlight is brought out.

The game in the area is abundant and accustomed to vehicles, resulting in high-quality sightings, including regular sightings of the "Big 5". In the morning, guests are taken out at sunrise for a drive that lasts approximately three hours before returning to the lodge.
