Moholoholo Mountain View is a highly recommended Limpopo game lodge providing a wildlife experience for discerning anyone visiting Valley of the Olifants.

Moholoholo Mountain View is a bush camp that provides accommodation for a total of forty one guests. Moholoholo Mountain View is situated in Hoedspruit overlooking the Marepe Mountains which form part of the Drakensberg Range. It is approximately 60 km from the Kruger National Park's Orpen Gate.

What to expect at the lodge/reserve

Accommodation

Moholoholo Mountain View offers B&B chalets each with their own small fridge, kettle, cutlery, pots and utensils. They do not have their own kitchen. Guests can make use of their own private braai area in front of the chalet and enjoy the mountain view or they are welcome to use the lovely communal kitchen with all the necessary equipment, including oven and microwave. The well appointed chalets are basic but neat and comfortable.

Linen and towels are supplied. If you would like the staff to clean the chalet and make your beds, please notify the camp manager / ranger. Staff are also able to wash the dishes you use. There is no TV available at this bush camp.

Reed Huts:
There is one two bed hut and one three bed Reed hut, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The hut has a mini-fridge, kettle, cutlery and an outside braai area.

Two Bed Chalet:
These chalets each have two single beds and an en-suite shower. There is a mini-fridge, kettle, cutlery and an outside braai area.

Family Chalet:
The Family Chalets each have four single beds and an en-suite shower. There is a mini-fridge, kettle, cutlery and an outside braai area.

Four Bed Chalet:
These chalets have four single beds and an en-suite shower. There is a mini-fridge, kettle, cutlery and an outside braai area.

Breakfast and Dining

Breakfast is included in the rates and served every morning. Lunch and Dinner are available at an extra cost. There is no bar available. If braaing your own meat, you can order side dishes to accompany your meal.

Activities

Game Drives, Bush Braai, Bush Walks and trips to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre are all available for guests to book at an additional cost.

At the Rehabilitation Centre you might see Lion, Leopard, Serval, Lynx, Honey Badger, Eagles, Vultures, Wild Dogs and any baby animals that we may have at the time of your visit. A visit to the centre will stimulate awareness and understanding of the plight which our wildlife faces today. The Centre is open Monday to Saturday.
