Fly Me to The Moon Forest Cabin at Moon Shine on Whiskey Creek offers accommodation in Plettenberg Bay, a 1000 miles from reality and a stone's throw from a myriad of attractions. A five minute drive will take you to the Barnyard Theatre, Bramon Wine Estate, Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary and AfriCanyon Kloofing Adventures.

Self Catering Accommodation

Kick off your heels and walk down a 50 meter foot path from where you park your car. Hidden in the forest canopy you will find a romantic hide-away, the Fly Me To The Moon Forest Cabin holiday cottage in Plettenberg Bay. Lots of light, with bold colours and small details, the cabin has everything two people might need to escape the crazy world for a while.

There is a one of a kind Queen-size tent-like bed with a drop away sash window; a private mosaic and glass shower with a view on the deck and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and basin.

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-plate stove and oven, under counter fridge etc. This is a very private space, beautifully hand crafted with a creative twist. There is no TV, but the cabin does have FREE Wi-Fi.

There is a cosy fire place inside and braai area outside.

Dining / Facilities

Whilst we have no restaurant on the premises we do offer a small menu of pre-cooked frozen meals and breakfast items. These are delivered to you cabin for you to heat and enjoy. The cabin is serviced every 5th day of stay, before you arrive and after you leave.

On Site Activities

The swimming pool in close proximity to the cabins is a perfect place to spend a "day off" on your holiday. The kid's playground is a safe and imaginative area for children of all ages to keep busy. The hike through the indigenous forest to the mountain pool is a must to experience this untouched fairyland. We have available a growing list of birds spotted at Moon Shine, our most recent boast is the Narina Trogon.
