Pavetta Forest House is a property for self catering in Magoebaskloof for up to 10 guests visiting the Capricorn region.

Pavetta Forest House is in a beautiful tranquil setting where you can experience total relaxation. The property is scenically placed next to the Haenertsburg Trout Association's trophy dam with great views over the dam and the wood bush indigenous forest.

Fly fishing is permitted with barbless flies. Fishing is on a catch and release basis only. A row boat is available for guest use. Access to the farm is mainly via a cement road, making it very accessible when it is wet in Magoebaskloof.

Self Catering Accommodation

Pavetta Forest House sleeps up to 10 guests and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite, as well as one other bedroom with two single beds. The remaining three bedrooms (one upstairs and two downstairs) share a bathroom downstairs. The bathrooms consists of a shower, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a lounge suite, large coffee table and an indoor fireplace for those cold winter nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, toaster and more. There is an eight seater dining table where guests are able to enjoy their meals.

Take in the view from the deck or enjoy long, lazy meals with friends and family from the deck of this homely residence.

Please Note

Enough fire wood for the fireplaces is provided as well as charcoal for the braai.

The Area

There are numerous hiking trails in the area. Visit the local cheese farm and see how they make cheese and go for a walk through the small mountain village, Haenertsburg and browse the small shops - the local Kiwi preservatives is a must.
