Thekwane Lodge offers accommodation in Kruger Park at Elephant Point estate. The estate takes its name from the elephants that can frequently be seen drinking and grazing on the banks of the mighty Sabie River.

Self Catering Accommodation

Thekwane Lodge is a self catering holiday villa in Kruger Park sleeping six guests. Two rooms are furnished with a King-size bed and the third room is furnished with twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet basin and outdoor shower.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped for your self catering stay and the living area has a fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

Outside there is an undercover patio with a lounge and dining area and gas braai facilities. There is a swimming pool and a boma.

The Area

Elephant Point is situated in a region renowned for its natural diversity and concentration of big game, and is undoubtedly one of the best game viewing areas in the Kruger National Park. In addition to elephants, you will see herds of buffalo, prides of lion, leopards and numerous antelope species.

Elephant Point borders the Kruger National Park and is also neighbour to the World famous and exclusive Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The estate is a five hour drive from Johannesburg or sixty minutes from the Mpumalanga Kruger airport following a 45-minute flight from Johannesburg.
