Umbrella Tree House is a highly recommended B&B with self catering option, providing accommodation in Umhlanga Rocks for anyone visiting the Umhlanga Coast region.

Umbrella Tree House is a lovely self-contained Bed & Breakfast in Umhlanga. We offer guests a clean, comfortable and relaxed stay in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks.

The fresh and airy bedrooms all have sliding doors leading onto the balcony where guests can look out over the Indian Ocean. We are perfectly situated for all visitors be they business people or holidaymakers. With great sea views this is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is offered in four rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. All rooms are en-suite and include a television, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is also a lounge, with DStv, and dining room which is completely separate from the main residence, and outside is a lovely wooden deck beneath the trees, perfect for relaxation.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests need to bring their own swimming towels. The cottage is serviced every day except Sundays and public holidays.

BREAKFAST

We serve a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, fruit juice, jams and an assortment of breads, as well as a full English breakfast. Tea and coffee is available all day - just help yourself.

We are about 2km from the Umhlanga Ridge business centre, about 20 minutes from Durban city centre, the ICC (International Convention Centre) and the Durban Exhibition Centre, about 10 minutes from Virginia airport, 35 minutes from Durban International Airport.
