Self Catering Accommodation

Zara Cottage:
Zara Cottage was built in the 1930's and sleeps up to six in three bedrooms (king, twin and queen). The main bedroom comes with en suite bathroom. A shared bathroom services the remaining two bedrooms.

The kitchen and dining area is open-plan, with a Dover stove gracing the kitchen in true Karoo fashion. The living room is self-contained and opens to a covered stoep.

D'Waenhuis:
D'Waenhuis is a restored farm building dating to the late 1800's. Today it's a wonderful retreat for romantic couples, with the added option of two sleeper couches should you need them for the kids.

D'Waenhuis has high Oregon ceilings and is packed with plenty of character and retro delights. The lounge area, with indoor fireplace, is most spacious. The double bed-room is situated just off the open plan area.

All bedding and towels are provided in both cottages.

Activities

There is ample opportunity for hiking in the area, and the neighbouring game reserve is a bonus for mountain bike enthusiasts. The Touws River is a short walk away for swimming during hot summer days and the Klein Karoo night skies will enchant.
